As the Treasurer of Ayala Corporation, Mr. Biacora’s role includes leading the company’s capital markets transactions, treasury strategies and operations, group insurance and sustainable finance. He led Ayala Corporation’s recent transactions on blended finance, sustainability linked loans and social bonds.
He has over 25 years of extensive experience that spans asset management, private banking, trading, credit markets, finance and treasury for a highly diversified conglomerate.

Prior to Ayala Corporation, Mr. Biacora served as Chief Investment Officer, Head of BPI Private Banking, and Senior Vice President for Global Markets at Bank of the Philippine. He served as President of ACI Philippines, the Financial Markets Association. Mr. Biacora is adjunct faculty at Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
