I'm an investment professional with over 4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate development and capital markets. I have completed the CFA Program and hold a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. I have recently moved to Toronto and I'm currently working in the Capital Markets division of TD Securities as part of the Funding and Cash Management team. Prior to that, I had a short term engagement at a Toronto-based boutique Private Equity search fund to prospect and evaluate acquisition opportunities in Canadian businesses across B2B services, healthcare services and software industries.

Early on at the start of my career in India, I had the opportunity to be part of a financial intelligence company where I structured normalized financials and analysis reports of listed companies in International Markets like US and Singapore. Subsequently, I furthered my experience as part of Barclays' Global Capital Markets Team, within their Investment Banking division, responsible for providing risk, treasury and business analytics to support the global derivatives prime brokerage business.

Before I moved to Toronto, my last role was at Sterlite Technologies where I led the Investment Origination for the Venture Capital and Corporate Development arm evaluating tech investment opportunities across North America, Europe & Asia.
