Mitch Reznick, CFA, is Group Head of Fixed Income-London, Global Head of Sustainable Fixed Income and founder/co-chair of the Sustainability Investment Centre at Federated Hermes Limited. Mitch joined Federated Hermes in 2010 and has more than 26 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Mitch is also a co-portfolio manager of several credit funds. Mitch has held numerous advocacy roles, including a founding board member of the European Leveraged Finance Association, a co-chair of the Credit Risk and Ratings Advisory Committee at the Principles for Responsible Investment, and a workstream member of the CFO Coalition for the SDGs of the United Nations Global Compact.

Mitch holds a master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge; a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University (NYC) and a bachelor’s degree in History from Pitzer College (Claremont Colleges in California).
