Accomplished economist and health financing expert, who has conducted modeling, evaluation, and general health policy work. My recent work focuses on development financing issues in low- and middle-income countries in the Asia Pacific region. Previously I completed analyses and technical assistance in areas of health sector resource mobilization, primary healthcare, and provider networks.

At the World Bank 2023-2025, I co-led two major workstreams - on a climate and health risk index and on understanding the emissions of NCD care. I have past experience with USAID-supported projects in cost analysis, health financing policy, and economic evaluation. Significant past work focused on assessment of health insurance programs, health financing reform, household effects of out-of-pocket payment, and the integration of priority health interventions into universal health coverage-oriented schemes.
